Self-Defense Basics (Ages 12+)

This foundational self-defense course gives participants the skills, confidence, and mindset to stay safe in real-world situations. Designed for teens and adults of all fitness levels, this hands-on training blends awareness, prevention, and practical defensive skills you can use immediately.

In this interactive session, participants will learn:

• Awareness & Early Threat Detection

How to recognize danger before it appears, trust intuition, and understand the behaviors predators look for in a target.

• Criminal Mindset & Victim Selection

A breakdown of how criminals think, what influences their decisions, and how to make yourself a hard target.

• Basic Strikes & Power Moves

Simple, effective attacks that work for all body types- no experience required.

• Escapes From Common Grabs & Holds

Step-by-step training to break free from wrist grabs, ground holds, chokes, and other common assaults. 

Vehicle Abduction Prevention & Escape

How to react if someone tries to pull them toward or into a vehicle, including body positioning, anchoring techniques, voice drills, and safe escape strategies.

Participants leave feeling more capable, more confident, and more prepared to protect themselves and the people they care about. No prior training is required.

Each participant will require a ticket.
